Core-Stability

CORE STABILITY

We go beyond six packs. We target all muscles deep within your torso, around your hip up to your neck and shoulders. For this is the place where you derive your power from. You perform at your best when your core is strong, flexible, and unimpeded in its movements. Research shows that a strong core can lead to 30% less injuries

PERSONAL TRAINING

We provide personal training sessions to improve your strength, fitness level, cardio performance, and core stability. Based on your personal needs and specific areas, we create a training schedule that fits your body and mind. After an intake moment, during which we determine your concrete objectives, we set up 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 training sessions. After each session, we monitor your progress and provide feedback.

You are organising a corporate event, such as a team building activity or team event, and you would like to include a physical activity? We can offer you the right level of energy.

RISE TO RUN

On our way to our next marathon, we have to run an awful lot of kilometers. The key to a successful marathon training is consistently putting in enough weekly mileage to get your body accustomed to running for long periods of time. Our training plan includes long slow distances (LSD runs), tempo training, and interval trainings. As one of our key values is connecting and we like to share our runners' high, you are welcome to join us during our trainings with club365.
